 The Windsor Town
Council meets at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in Council
Chambers at the Municipal
Building at 8 East Windsor Boulevard.
The public is welcome and is encouraged to attend. Ms. Robin L. Hewett serves
as the Clerk of Council.
Mission Statement: In cooperation with the citizens and businesses in the
Town of Windsor,
we pledge to deliver cost-effective services in a personal and responsive
manner while striving to enhance the quality of life.
