The Windsor Town Council meets at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at 8 East Windsor Boulevard. The public is welcome and is encouraged to attend. Ms. Robin L. Hewett serves as the Clerk of Council.
